Shoes addiction

Sometimes I really hate myself for being such a fucking shoe-victim...
no, I didn't buy these 'love-shoes'of Louboutin.
It's even worse: I couln't stop myself from buying Lanvin-boots and no-I'm not finished yet!
Buying also a pair of rubber Marc Jacobs boots with the excuse for being half the normal price (what's 'normal'?!)and because of the snow outside of a pile high.
Somebody couldn't stop laughing when I told this (I'm too embaressed now)
and yes: I'm such a superficial person, shame on me!

Balmain Zipped suède ankle boots, I saw them last summer in a shop in Berlin with the same name (Berlin, sort of 'Colette'version but then much better, was a tip that Ruud v/d Peijl gave me), together with all other great shoes,clothes and magazines/books, also Azzedine Alaïa.And i'm so sorry for not buying them, although too expensive..So just keep on licking my fingers by looking at this picture.

All this is possible and more! On Friday the 25th of September and you are welcome to stay and dance to the sounds of Rotterdam cutest DJ’s: Pim, Ted, Michel, Henno, Jeff or that sexy girl who can’t DJ but does it anyway.
At 23:00 we load everything back in the bus, smack the tables to the walls and turn our booties on the floor!

Bonaparte, this performance was really cool and crazy, I quite liked it, really ashame I couln't stay longer at the Festival because there were so many good things to see, everybody was there,all dressed up, old ROXY crowd, younger hipsters, fashion victims, horrible 'carnaval-dressed-up-kids',New Kids on the blokfluit, old kids in fake costumes but one thing's for sure: everybody was ready to party!Loved it!Just made only a few pictures.. sorry if you're interested in more.

Erol Alkan, my hero, and Joost van Bellen, Dj also and organiser of The Valtifest, I 'peeped'them backstage,right before Erol's gig.

Ted alias Shitmeister T. was DJ'ing at the Valtifest Tent MTV 'Brand New'as a rabbit, because the theme of te party was 'Beestenboel', something like Animal-farm.
My opinion is that he should always wear this mask, day and night..

BARCELONA

Very cool vintage-fashion shop, quite arrogant owner and staff but that doesn't make this shop less interesting.Take your creditcard because here you'll find this vintage Pucci glasses, Paco Rabanne bag, dress for the party, shoes for a night out..it's too much good stuff that makes you crazy what to choose, also for an exceptional price.
And the shopwindows are worth photographing, so I did (which the staff didn't appreciate because probably she thought I was a copycat).

Body Double? No, it;s just the way I look if you see through my new 'camera' necklace,

which you can see below.

It's my latest toy, which I bought in the Macba bookstore. By the way: definitely worth a visit: the MACBA museum, cool expo's are there and also two interesting bookstores below, where in one I got this necklace.They have loads of books, nice and funny gadgets or other presents.

You can also go outside and sit on this square for ages to see all this tourists, catalan skaters and other cool crowd pass by, just like a film..

Well, what can I say: my favourite hangout in Barca, this 'Granja Viader'in the Carrer Xuclà.

This Granja has been there for ages and is a good mix of the real catalan people, from very young till very very old.Sometimes some lost tourists come in and can't stop photographing (just like me, bloody tourists) this authentic place and impeccable staff.

I'm like a little kid if you give me this 'Llet Mellorquina'which I can't discribe, but it's a milky-cinnamon-like taste, it's cold and mostly it's combined with a ensaimada.

Or some of there famous hot chocolate (just imagine with the hot temperature ouside)with loads of cream, don't need a dinner after because it's soo heavy but original and pure chocolat.

Best time do this is around 18.00/19.00 o'clock, if you don't wanna be noticed as typical tourist that come in for a lunch at 13.00 or something (they drink coffee around 12.00, lunch mostly around 15.00, tapas or pastries at 19.00 and dinner around 23.00)

Michelangelo Antonioni

Michelangelo Antonioni, born in 1912 in bourgeois surroundings of the italian province.He studied economics and commerce while he painted and also wrote criticism for a local newspaper.In 1939 he went to Rome and worked for a journal "Cinema', studying directorship at the School of Cinema.Working as a director himself later on he won several prices.For me he is the real master of cinema, with titles like: L'avventura, Zabriskie point and the most famous one: Blow up, which you see an image of above.If you haven't seen this one, then watch the Retrospective at LantarenVenster in Rotterdam, it's on wednesday the 1 st of july.
It gave me a lot of inspiration for styling and also Jane Birkin has a small role in it, worth seeing it!
